LA CORTE

The main restaurant at Masseria Calderisi, La Corte serves a sophisticated, farm-to-table twist on traditional Puglian food with locally-sourced ingredients. Named after the central piazza, where everyone gathers and comes together, our seasonal menus will be accompanied by Puglian favourites, which will be served year round. 

La Corte is open for breakfast and dinner.

GIOIA Pool Bar

Our sun-drenched pool bar is a haven in the middle of the garden surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Under the Mediterranean sun, Calderisi’s parasols create the perfect shady spot to enjoy healthy snacks and salads from the farm, or freshly made pizza from our wood-fired oven. Treat yourself to drinks, fruit salads and homemade ice cream in between swims and enjoy lazy summer days gazing out over the olive groves.

Apero Bar

Relax on cosy pillows and carpets under soft lantern light and enjoy lounge music, the sky, the sea and the endless Puglian landscape. Try our sundowners, Apulian aperitivo snacks or just sit with yourself in a quiet moment as the sun makes way for the moon and stars.
